Baztan Ona
Make no mistake: the Baztan Ona is no walk in the park! The first 80 kilometres will already put your body to the test, before tackling the real challenge of the day: the Astakarri Pass (Sorogain Valley), with its tight bends and demanding pace, which will leave you only a brief respite to admire the landscapes of the inland Basque Country. You will then ride along the Barranco de Itolegui stream before tackling the Erro Pass, the final difficulty and prelude to a long, gentle descent towards the final reward: Pamplona!
